The manual contains training tasks on physical culture for theoretical and seminar classes. The subject of tasks corresponds to the content of the Federal state educational standard for the discipline "Physical culture". This manual contributes to the systematization of students ´ knowledge on the subject under study, education of organization, discipline and independence. Provides assistance in preparing for the final semester of knowledge control. Tasks are developed in the form of tests and control questions on the studied topic, performing creative tasks. Tasks should be completed using the appropriate textbooks. A list of recommended literature is provided at the end of the tutorial. When describing tasks, it should be noted that some tests require selecting the correct answer or matching the proposed answers. Some of the tests are of a reproductive nature, performed in the form of filling in omissions or additions to sentences. The manual is intended for full-time and part-time students of technical specialties.
